Request Transcripts
Parchment is the service Duluth East High School uses for all transcript requests and graduation verifications.
Current and former students can easily manage their transcript requests by creating an account with Parchment, a platform also used by many post-secondary institutions. Transcripts are required for college admission and scholarships. Transcripts verify graduation, class rank, and overall grade point average. Graduation verification is necessary for the military and by some employers.

Current students requesting transcripts should indicate "hold for grades" if requested before East has finalized grades for the year. This occurs sometime in June. Transcripts requests designated "hold for grades" will not be sent until grades have been completed for the current school year.

There is a fee for transcripts.

Current students who qualify for Educational Benefits are eligible for five free transcripts. Request a fee waiver by clicking the relevant fields in Parchment and contacting registrar Jen LaBelle.

College in the Schools (CITS) and PSEO Course Transcripts:
To receive college credit for CITS and PSEO courses, you must arrange for an official transcript to be sent directly from the college that granted credit (LSC, FDLTCC, or UMD) to the college you plan to attend. The transcript must go directly from one college to the other. East High School does not have access to or the ability to provide transcripts for college credit earned through CITS or PSEO courses.
